I just released version 2.1.0 Sendit as well as fix some annoying bugs, including the disappearance of the unsubscribe link actually reported by thousands of users and lock of access to cron settings for those who bought the Scheduler, introduces a new interface to manage users with a touch of Jquery which is good and greatly enhances the interaction.

You can select and delete multiple emails and change their status and their email address directly “inline” from the individual lines. An improvement that will surely be appreciated by those who manage large lists and need to speed up all operations canceled / mass updates.

The update of free Sendit also improves some problems that tampering with the proper functioning of the plugin Pro Scheduler because of an incorrect plugin checks the existence of pro and prevented access to the cron settings page (which serves to set the intervals and the number of the sending email to send).

Sendit PRO exporter is a flexible and quick tool to extend Sendit / free and scheduler to export mailing list as CSV files.

Sendit pro exporter require at least the latest version of Sendit to work (1.5.7) and it allows you to decide:

What list to export or all mailing list addressess
which status do you want to export (confirmed / all)

Our apologies to all customers victims of download problems for my plugins. Finally i fixed everything without any king of support from getshopped. There was a bug in their shop plugins also subnitted from other users that was disable all download links for customers. Links now works fine.

Wp-ecommerce download not allowed

Hi guys, ai received in the last days a lot of emails of customers thah were unable to download their purchased plugins. I also move to a new hosting server to be sure works everything better, but i discovered it’s a bug of Wp-ecommerc with WordPress 3.2 or similar. In order to satisfy each order in case of missing download please email me and i will attach the zip files of your purchase. This is where i found the bug explained. I really wish to quickly resolve this bug.

Moving to medialayer

Today i radically decided to switch the hosting for this website! I escape from the old server to run on Medialayer Hosting! Wish to have bettter performance and not anymore problems. In the last few days there was something wrong with the old server the IPN and the plugin payments so i decided to do a quick move and switch definitely to Medialayer.

One of most requested features for who manages mailing list Sendit based is a simple way to export mailing list subscribers to CSV files, to be able to import in other Sendit installation or wherever needed. A stupid bug was sent to me from one of my “lucky” customers that buy Sendit Pro for 20 Eur. Actually the plugin price is increased to 29 Euros.

A new release will be published today to fix also .info emails subscriptions from the wp-admin sections.

External SMTP integration and newsletter fine tuning

I write this article just to advice you to setup SMTP Server when running Sendit (free or pro). What you have to know is all hosting provider have a mailing limit per hour, so you have to do a good fine tuning and be careful to stay in the limit when setup the cron jobs and the batched emails.
