Sendit errors
- After upgrading to Sendit 2.0 my contact list is disappeared! but i still seee the subscriber number! Do i loose any data?
No you don’t loose anything! In some configuration and for some reasons some upgrade does not create the new field (subscriber_info) to the table wp_nl_email so when running new query to subscribers table sometimes seems like empty for the field missed. In that case, try to deactivate and re-activate Sendit. If the problem does not resolve, go to your control panel and access to your phpmyadmin to see the table structure. If you find the field :subscriber_info (text,null) OK. If you don’t see it, create it manually while i try to fix better this issue - After upgrading to Sendit 2.0 my widget is disappeared!
Go to widget settings page and see if html and css textareas are empty, if EMPTY, retry to deactivate and reactivate Sendit

Sometimes plugin files get bad permission when installed, i am working to fix it, if this try to check your FTP permission (chmod) in plugin/sendit folder - Confirmation messages does’nt appear when user subscribe a newsletter
The same problem, FTP permission to check also many people forget to setup the sender email from Sendit Settings page, be sure you have defined a from mail address - How to kwows how many readers read my newsletter sent by Sendit?

You should upgrade to 1.5.3 or latest working copy - From my newsletter admin panel sometimes it’s appear a wrong date for cron schedule (01/01/1970) what’s wrong?
Just deactivate and re/activate the plugin(be sure you are running WordPress on Linux webserver) - I have large list why Sendit fault to send newsletters?
You should know there are several limits on most shared hosting server to reduce spam and newsletter abuse, so to emprove Sendit and be sure to reach your subscribers you need to setup an Smtp server, bounce email and follow all rules antispam. Recently Sendit has partnered with smtp.com, you can buy some relay x month to be sure your newsletter will reach your subscribers without errors using their trusted smtp relay server.
